Life can bring up obstacles that don’t always have clear solutions, and taking this step is the start of finding one. Therapy is a practical tool for personal development and gaining insight. Together, you all will focus on achieving the results you want.
His approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning he meets you where you are and focuses on helping you find more adaptive ways to navigate and gain insight from what you’re experiencing. Dustin has worked in multiple settings, including private practices, college counseling centers, and non-profit organizations. He believes the most rewarding part of this work is being able to see what a human being is capable of when they put their mind to a certain goal.
As a therapist/mental performance coach who is also passionate about sports performance, he has worked with a variety of athletes/performers, including collegiate athletic programs, youth athletes, first responders, business professionals, and parents of athletes. You all will harness your mental and emotional strengths adaptively to enhance your physical abilities.
Dustin believes the mind is crucial for your optimal performance, and together you will build the tools and techniques in navigating the unique pressures you face on and off the field to achieve your desired goals. Ask yourself if you trained your mind as you do your body physically, where would you be?
